Okay first job - Sales Assistant Pylones Employee Review

Decent pay and light workload, people are fun and the attitude is very bohemian.

Upper management totally out of touch with retail. Only interested int heir bulk ordering direct from the warehouse.

The stores that I worked in were colorful and cheerful looking.

The management (HR person, store manager, key holders) were always changing. It seemed like every couple of weeks someone would either be fired or quit. Did not seem like a stable or reliable place to work at. Store managers, and there were many were unprofessional to the sales associates (gossiping, flirting, etc.).
