The stores that I worked in were colorful and cheerful looking.

The management (HR person, store manager, key holders) were always changing. It seemed like every couple of weeks someone would either be fired or quit. Did not seem like a stable or reliable place to work at. Store managers, and there were many were unprofessional to the sales associates (gossiping, flirting, etc.).

Refused to heat the store throughout the entire winter, almost an unbearable environment to work in. No communication in the company, they are confused and failing and will blame everyone but themselves. The owners made it a very poor environment to work in, they talk down to everyone from sales associates to store managers.
