Pros

Next to a Target Store

Cons

Very Low Commission Only Pay 15%, No Base. 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. Hard Sales, always fishing in a pool of nonqualified leads. Everyone stressed, probably from poor/unstable pay. Revolving door. Only 1-7 sales people. 4 people on backend. Try selling high priced Digital Advertising for a tiny fraction of cost of owner for a generic automated social media program. "Independent Contractor" but still Micromanage when you sit still for a few minutes. No Culture or morale. Don't Waste Your Time here!

Pros

Every company is about people. Customers, CEO, Employees. For me, PxP Media felt like home. I was coming to work with a smile on my face. Ardy, the CEO is a great leader with outstanding leadership skills. He will always support and give good advice. Have you met Jazz? She is an Account Manager and she treats all the customers equally. It doesn't matter how big the account is. If you are Googling this company after the phone call - you talked with Nokah. He is very passionate about helping businesses, big and small. But the backbone of the company is Joanne. She is an accountant, always busy with spreadsheets and contracts, but take some time to know her better. You will be surprised how friendly she is when she is not busy running all the finances.

Cons

The only drawback is the pay, however, it's understandable. It's a marketing agency as it should be. They provide a base salary and Rock Stars get bonuses. Work hard and you can get what you want. American Dream, right? I am sad that I have to leave this place, but I am done with California and going back to my home town. A new employee looking for a job - go for it. No regrets and good luck with the interviewing process. A new client - don't be hesitant - their team will take care of them. The team is incredibly talented and professional.
