Pros: Benefits package - Cons: You'd better take a seat...
Pros
They offer good PTO and work flexibility.
Cons
Poor communication when things are going badly in the company. When leadership tries to sugarcoat difficult situations, the messages feel more like a PR template rather than a genuine, honest communication. Impossible KPIs to accomplish. Even if you manage to achieve them, you will suffer from burnout for sure. No career path. If you are seeking professional growth within the company, this is not the right place for you. No recognition for your performance. It is extremely difficult to request a salary increase, even though the workload and responsibilities grow every day without adequate compensation. They claim to care about employees' well-being, but their actions prove the exact opposite. Some coworkers were told they were doing an excellent job, only to be fired 24-48 hours later. Management cannot be trusted There is a complete lack of pay equity here. Coworkers with the same experience and responsibilities are paid differently. Management fails to reward seniority, completely ignoring pay parity.
