Pros

They offer good PTO and work flexibility.

Cons

Poor communication when things are going badly in the company. When leadership tries to sugarcoat difficult situations, the messages feel more like a PR template rather than a genuine, honest communication. Impossible KPIs to accomplish. Even if you manage to achieve them, you will suffer from burnout for sure. No career path. If you are seeking professional growth within the company, this is not the right place for you. No recognition for your performance. It is extremely difficult to request a salary increase, even though the workload and responsibilities grow every day without adequate compensation. They claim to care about employees' well-being, but their actions prove the exact opposite. Some coworkers were told they were doing an excellent job, only to be fired 24-48 hours later. Management cannot be trusted There is a complete lack of pay equity here. Coworkers with the same experience and responsibilities are paid differently. Management fails to reward seniority, completely ignoring pay parity.

Pros

1. Opportunity to work with international teams and gain exposure to diverse cultures and ways of working. 2. Good benefits package (cowork, annual bonus) 3. Remote work flexibility.

Cons

1. Little real focus on employee well-being internally; what is communicated by leadership is often not reflected in practice. 2. Below-market salaries, especially considering workload and role responsibilities. 3. Infrequent and difficult salary increases due to bureaucratic processes. 4. Insufficient recognition of high performers. 5. Inconsistent leadership and unclear decision-making. 6. Limited real career growth; advancement often feels influenced more by internal relationships than performance. 7. Lack of transparency in management communication. 8. Following the acquisition by Nortal, the culture feels less people-focused and more disorganized.

Pros

I would expect to be involved in test automation, API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD practices to help ensure reliable software delivery. I also like that the company works across different industries, which provides opportunities to learn new domains and technologies

Cons

Processes and approvals can be quite structured and sometimes slower compared to smaller product companies
