Poor Leadership - Industrial Designer PwrQ Employee Review

Has a good work and learning environment, Great place to gain a lot of experience

Sometime work slows down due some miscommunication between departments (design team and the technicians) but its been getting better

Opportunity to learn if you take advantage of the downtime

The is place sucks, been here close to a year now and I’ve started they have change the schedule 4 times with in the past 11 months with little to heads up. Management is incompetent and expect you to do their job and take all the credit. The job market is rough and I believe they are taking full advantage of this to keep everyone under their foot. HR sucks and everyone will lie to your face. They have a hard time hiring quality employees so they take it out on the loyal employees/contractees and are now offering significantly less to everyone else…very greedy people.
