Very little micromanagement, and lots of opportunity to take the lead on big, interesting projects. Colleagues are talented and it's hard not to feel overshadowed, but that comes with the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the biz. This is a good place for people who are self-motivated, love a hard problem to solve, and thrive in a remote environment.

Fast paced startup, with some product thrash as the company finds the optimal path forward. Good for those who are comfortable with dynamism, less good for those who prefer predictability and consistency.

Friendly and supportive culture. Some people have strong opinions but it's needed in the startup space. Good transparency about company direction and vision. Lot of remote working flexibility

Could use more opportunities for growth and mentorship, standard startup growing pains. Would be nice to have 401k match
