      There’s relentless pressure to hit targets, yet support is practically nonexistent. Leadership talks about growth, but promotions are rare and usually given to friends of management. Training is minimal and mostly theoretical—no real tools are provided to succeed. You’re treated like you're disposable, and many coworkers burned out fast.

      I learn from my bright co-workers.

      Cons

      This company's upper management is full of awful people! I'd even say that most of the leaders here are terrible, and only a few are decent or good. There's no transparency from the leadership, and employees receive terrible treatment. Our managers are always rude and condescending, not to mention verbally abusive.
