      Lenient boss, great schedule, work is repetitive, the residents are a charm, decent pay.

      Not much room for moving up, apart from becoming a chef.

      Pros

      overtime welcomed and available. medical staff are supportive.

      Cons

      under staff no support from administration. Higher ups are not professional and sometimes rude. Do not care about the quality of care given based on patient ratio and priority floor needs. have to calculate pay check they often under pay you !!!!!!
