      Pros

      The people speaks very politely and they convinced anyone.

      Cons

      The working hours is not fixed. They just try to take 12 hours from any fresher and says that you have to work only for 4 hours per day in order to show off. Night time is not fixed, schedules meet even at 11.00 PM.
