Pros
Pusher is a company like few others. On all levels (and there aren't many), people have both the desire and the ability to do the right thing. The engineering team is incredibly talented and everyone is focused on building great software. There are no silos and everyone is very keen to work with everyone else to deliver better results. Within recruitment, there is a strong focus on diversity and experiences of people from different backgrounds are valued. If you like office politics, look elsewhere, but if you want a job with meaning in an environment that's fun, Pusher is the place to be.
Cons
The company has grown relatively quickly over the past year and with that there is always a chance that things might slip off the rails. As of yet, there is no indication that might be happening, though.
