Pros
* Excellent engineering culture, where everyone holds others (and themselves) to a high standard. * Hardworking people with a great sense of humour. * Engineering team that solves difficult problems for other developers. * Lots of autonomy and, more importantly, trust. * Management are quick to address problems both on the individual and the collective level, and are continually looking to improve. * Flexible with working from home, lots of vacation days, productivity is more important than what time you leave the office. * Exciting product roadmap * Good culture of experimentation and risk-taking. * Plenty of role models for younger employees. * The office + office management is great. * Strong community around the product.
Cons
I think all these are in the process of being addressed, but anyway: * Salary / salary-reviews could be a tad better. * The company headcount is still fairly small so maybe not so much in the way of career progression in the sense of job titles, if that's what you're looking look for. * On-site preferred over remote (but you never know...)
