Open spacing and very fun atmosphere. CTO and CEO worked side-by-side with co-workers and were always available.
Cons
Not really any. The worst thing was the parking lot was lousy and difficult to enter/exit in the winter, but I think this is the same anywhere in Minneapolis.
Fantastic people and culture. You are able to connect on a deeper level with your coworkers, and there are so many fun events on a daily basis. I love the empowerment that I get to do my job on my own terms and in a way that works for me. Management cares about the people and the work that we are doing.
Cons
Communication from corporate. It's getting significantly better, but communication isn't always streamlined.
