The upper management is very engaged in seeing that their employees are doing well, both professionally and personally. The coworkers are great to work with, upper management provides feedback approprioprately and the atmosphere is very relaxed. And by that I mean, you're given free space to complete your work without the worry of micromanagement or unreachable expectations being silently assigned to you.
Cons
There are some areas/processes that can be improved to reach a higher productivity level, but there hasn't been time dedicated to improving them.
That title got me too. Work from anywhere is an amazing thing. You will learn a lot of MSP technology. You will sharpen your skills. Good bonus program. Challenging work. Good schedule. Standard benefits with nice PTO schedule.
Cons
Bonuses and expenses are not paid as promised or paid in a timely fashion. You may get laid off in a 45 second Teams call, while lower skilled/less tenured people will be kept with no explanation. You might go 2 years or more without a raise. If you dare complain you can expect to get written up.
