Cons
>> Being the small company, not all the facilities are exceptional and perfect. However, I worked with MNC's before, where the facilities are of high-end but with very less personal assistance. So i feel its okay with reasonable facilities but with very good personal assistance. Facilities gets compensated with good assistance.
