Pros
1. Lunch used to be provided in the office- earlier (This has changed and no longer applicable) 2. Hybrid timings- work from office once/week- earlier (This has changed too) 3. Provides a platform for freshers to start their career (freshers- keep this as the last option) + (Don't forget about the bond you have to sign- research well from past and current employees)
Cons
1. The management- Mr. Head of India Operations- (The God of Pursuit). He likes having 50-60 people report to him (superiority complex) but does not do anything at all to ensure the growth of his reportees. 2. Dumb HR- A needless and useless puppet of said management. Will not provide any solutions but will dump and cause more problems. If you want to scale your company, focus on employees and have a good environment get a good people focused, experience HR first 3. The team in general- People compete among themselves, there is rarely any proper, dedicated teamwork. There is no culture fit and everyone gets hired, no matter how toxic, self centered they might be.
