Pursuit has a great working environment

Its not in great area.

Decent pay, working with smart people

Leadership is constantly shifting goals and adding ridiculous pressure. They are moving towards A.I., which is understandable, but they are forcing all employees to do day-long "build days" from 9am-9pm. It's incredibly unstructured and a waste of our productivity. The most alarming thing here is the grossly overpaid executives. They recently did layoffs and even reduced some people to part time but made no large leadership changes when their salaries are 4-5x larger than the people they reduced. There is some massive greed and lack of concern for the greater mission.
