Pros

The place is permeated by a culture of fear, lack of transparency and trust, mean-spirited leadership, selfishness and most importantly to its clients and most disappointing of all - usually sub-par work and results.

Cons

There is no stability, no positive culture, no true leadership in the organization - change is fine, but not when it's just for the sake of change because NOTHING is working. It's almost laughable how awful Pursuant truly is, and I feel bad for everyone left working there and every client who spends their limited non-profit funding on this organization.

Thank you for your note. It sounds like we really discouraged you. We are so sorry we made you feel this way. Transparency, honesty, openness, and humility are all very important values to us. That is why we have regular company stand-up meetings, annual or bi-annual formal company meetings, and most recently invested in our employees during a two-day off-site. Regardless, it doesn’t appear we made things right with you before you left. As you might know this isn’t a great forum to try to work through differing opinions. Our hope is that individuals will come to us directly so that we can openly discuss their perspectives and for us to make amends, if needed. If at some point you want to talk directly we would welcome the conversation. Just know, we wish you the best.

Pros

It really is an awesome place to work, they care about their employees and will listen to feedback. Has the best work life balance in any company I worked for.

Cons

I think better interdepartmental communication, otherwise very little cons if any.

Pros

If you have a family, great company for work-life balance and you don't need to be on the clock 8-5, can work when you need to.

Cons

Communication from leadership across the company is awful. People ignore emails or don't read them, there's not a clear vision, and just every day there's something that makes you go "huh?".
