      Plenty of work/hours. Fairly clear coverage area. Provide tablet and phone

      Cons

      Office staff is a disaster. Constantly asking to add more patients to full caseload, don't schedule timely or correctly, don't get insurance auth timely unless clinician asks every time. More and more micromanagement of documentation
