I've been at Purpose Possible for a little over two years, and my experience as a Fundraising Consultant has been very positive. I appreciate the flexibility of working at a fully remote firm because it allows me to manage my work-life balance effectively. I'm also grateful to work alongside like-minded colleagues and managers who are invested in my growth. As a new and rapidly growing consulting firm, Purpose Possible has already established a strong reputation, and it's been exciting to see the firm's impact across sectors.
Cons
As with any young organization, there have been some growing pains around staffing and streamlining internal processes. However, the leadership team is responsive to feedback and consistently works to enhance the employee experience/promote transparency within a fully remote environment. Overall, Purpose Possible has been a dynamic and supportive place for me, and I would recommend it to anyone passionate about making a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector.
