Pros
Lots of support from management, good compensation, ongoing training and development, fair scheduling. Excellent office environment, a lot of really positive people and activities in the work place. They appreciate their workers and value what they do for the company, and they show it. A lot of growth room in the company, they love to promote from within - very little employee turn over.
Cons
Benefits are not good. Very basic package that you're not able to opt out of unless you have personal coverage elsewhere.
