Pros
The staff really are the highlight as usual but working from home really limits the time you can spend with them so the pros ultimately are very limited.
Cons
Over the years I have been there, the direction has constantly changed. It is being run by an investment company rather than actual people who know the industry. Despite advice on what we have tried and what doesn't work, they plough ahead anyway and then remove the managers who were told what to do when it doesn't work.
