Pros
- Lots of things to learn and opportunities given - I've heard it's a good place to start if you're looking to enter the digital industry - The company branding is strong as it's well known in the SME industry - I've seen flexibility in working hours and there's no micro management
Cons
- Location (out of civilisation and it's obvious that company is trying to save cost) - Salary (below industry rates yet expects a lot from you) - I've heard that commissions/bonuses are cut every now and then accordingly to their rules (Colleagues were complaining that their bonuses were cut and replaced with a pathetic company outing at $50 per pax) - You can tell there's a lack of culture as teams operate independently and are not willing to share knowledge - No company benefits at all unless you consider medical claims at $20 per receipt (I've heard that allowances are part of your salary for some teams) - It looks like there's a lot of unhappiness between teams but instead of confronting, everyone just keeps quiet about it
