Supportive environment - Teacher Purple Ruler Employee Review

I have had the pleasure of teaching at Purple Ruler for the past 4 months, from my personal experience, I have had the support of management and any concerns I had were addressed promptly. I really enjoy teaching at Purple Ruler!

Sometimes maintaining a work life balance can be difficult.

None, I feel overworked and underpaid. Their management has dropped drastically. They judge everything you do and make sure that you’ll never get your bonus. The lessons are planned on ChatGPT and I spend way too much time editing slides because there is errors. I wouldn’t mind the abuse if they paid more

Exploitation at its finest. When I first joined it was bad but now it’s just unbearable. They’re always looking for teachers because everyone uses them for 2 months out of desperation.
