      Four day working week was good when not made to work it

      Cons

      Horrendous company to work for. Absent senior management with toxic attitude, unrealistic expectations and no regard for employee wellbeing. Faulty IT systems, constantly overstretched staff, and being given negative reinforcement instead of support were also big issues.

      Pros

      The management style and the family-like atmosphere is what makes Purple Frog Property amazing place to work. I have received a lot of help and support from my manager. The company gives me the platform to be productive at work. But still, be able to continue a full-time BA degree in Marketing & Events at university.
