Pros

Looks alright on your CV. Some nice people, Nice HR.

Cons

No training or on-boarding whatsoever. There is an expectation for new employees to have to same level of company knowledge as those who’ve worked there for years. There is no effort made to integrate new starters into the team. The office is incredibly isolating and cliquey, and people tend to stick to talking to those in their department. Awful pay. You are definitely not rewarded for the work that you put in. There is little room for progression. Terrible, unsupportive management in a hierarchical culture. Whether it is with workload, mental or physical wellbeing, there is no support from managers. Bullying culture (especially from the most senior team members) is rife. The general attitude seems that “I went through this bullying so should to” as if we are all living in an early 00s romcom, is not cool. This is not the Devil Wears Prada. Lack of a diverse and inclusive culture. You can hire POC to fit your diversity quotas, but if you aren’t fixing the toxic culture that is so deepening engrained, then you will never actually make staff feel comfortable in the workplace. Extremely high turn-over of staff.

Pros

Learned a lot about Fashion PR such as how to use Launchmetrics/Fashion GPS.

Cons

Unorganized. I heard pay was not the best. As well as their treatment of their employees.
