      Pros

      At home remote work, great flexibility in scheduling, ok pay scale, mostly supportive team members. This job is so challenging- Purple does a good job supporting interpreters.

      Cons

      VRS is just challenging and exhausting work. There are some continued education opportunities provided, but other companies have more robust continuing education training.

      Pros

      insurance, tuition reimbursement, great management, employee recognition through newsletter, provide computer and software tools for employees to be successful, company provides on-the-job tranining, management is very approachable.

      Cons

      The company doesn't offer sign-language classes anymore. I would like to see these online classes again for person use and to be able to communicate with coworkers.
