Our CEO is deeply committed to listening and responding to her team, bringing a level of thoughtfulness and clarity that’s rare. You feel heard, respected, and challenged in the right ways. That mindset carries through the entire team, creating an environment where people genuinely care about what they do, and it shows in the quality of the work. Another meaningful shift over time has been around workload and balance. With better support and a thoughtful reworking of our processes, the amount of overtime has significantly decreased. What used to feel constant is now more occasional and manageable. It’s made a real difference in creating a healthier, more sustainable work-life balance.

As with many smaller teams, you’re often wearing multiple hats, which can be a stretch at times. The pace can also be fast, so it helps to be adaptable and comfortable with change.
