Depending on your department it will vary. Some managers better then others. Decent product no better compared to the competition but defintiely no worse

This is a company that has some of the worst executive team I have ever encountered. The CFO is a horrible leader who will throw anyone under the bus who doesn't agree with her point of view. The GM's are horrible one lives in a bubble and is unaware of his surroundings and lives in a long dead mentality of how business is done. The other comes off as a nice guy and is relatively smart but when push comes to shove shows his true colors. The only person on the exec team worth anything is the person who runs R&D.
