Pros

I’ve grown here from an intern to now a manager, and that journey itself speaks volumes about what this company offers. Yes, there have been shifts and changes along the way, but what I truly value is the constant opportunity to learn, take on new challenges, and stretch myself beyond my comfort zone. There’s always something to look forward to, and when you genuinely enjoy what you do, going the extra mile never feels like a burden.

Cons

I don’t find any cons.

Pros

I had a great experience working with Uretech Digital. What stood out most was the level of autonomy they bring to projects. They take ownership without needing constant hand-holding, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient. They’re also highly flexible in adapting to changing requirements and timelines, which is a big plus when priorities shift. On top of that, the team is genuinely approachable and easy to communicate with, making it simple to align on ideas and execution. Overall, a reliable and easy-to-work-with team that balances independence with strong collaboration.

Cons

One small area that could further improve the overall experience is having a few more dedicated meeting spaces for calls, which would make coordination even more seamless. Overall, a reliable and easy-to-work-with team that balances independence with strong collaboration.

Pros

- Good brands - Competitive salary - Hybrid mode of work - Menstrual leaves & birthday leave

Cons

- Layoffs in teams after projects are gone, no job security - Poor appraisals after company got sold to Genesis - No cultural events anymore after company got sold either, basically all work and no play - Once you take leave, they won't let you take leaves again anytime soon as they will constantly guilt trip you that you took 3-4 days leave 3 months ago so now no leaves for you
