Amazing team to work for, there has been a little disconnect between the London office and the head office in Australia, but management are taking steps to minimise this! And not just plans that never happen, real action that is aving an impact. The team are also dedicated to personal developement and growth, if you have an idea for a new product or a way to improve the company, it is listened to and taken seriously. If you have a course you want to do, or something you want to learn more about you're supported to grow your personal skills. We also have the good kind of developement plans, not the ones you do once a year and forget about, these are actually used to help you and followed up on.
