Pros

Once I had a good consistent manager my day to day became very easy. There is more training provided now than when I started but if you’re new to market research this is very much a learn as you go sort of job. If you have a good manager who advocates for you and you are prepared to work hard you should have no problem being successful here.

Cons

Partially remote but there are in person offices. You’ll have to invest extra time if you want name recognition and connections if you’re remote and not in person.

Pros

After joining, I was nervous in a high performing and goal setting company it wouldn't work out, but it has actually brought the best out in me. I am continued to grow in my career here. The group of people that I work with each day really helps me see different perspectives on achieving sales goals and finding new ways to close deals.

Cons

I know people who aren't happy or aren't with the company any more like to leave negative reviews, but being here a few years, every company has their things but it has been a good place to be.

Pros

PureSpectrum has many positives. It has an industry-leading product with excellent market fit, a strong and well-respected brand in the industry, and capable leadership. The overall work environment and culture are very positive, making it an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

The primary drawback is compensation. Pay is not competitive, and there is little financial reward even for employees who significantly outperform their goals. Management is very sensitive about discussing salary, making it a difficult topic to address. This creates a confusing message, as the company spends lavishly on team events and client entertainment but claims it has a tight budget for employee pay. Ultimately, this issue is the main reason talented people consider leaving.
