Pros

People are helpful Pay is good

Cons

There was no proper guidance for new employee, first three month I was not sure what my roles was and how I should be working. I was given to managed dead accounts(means client wont receive call neither replied to emails) maybe they are expecting little much from the dead accounts. I believe there was no role for me, only hired because someone is going on the maternity leave. I was lost first three month and its frustrating to know that it's my first job after graduation, when the girl left on maternity leave, then I started to working properly. So much drama, my manager point out the error I made initially, also told my target for the first quarter would be double without dicussing with me around end of the Jan in front of HR. They're technically blaming me to look good from their end, asked to sign PIP ,I knew this is not the place to work for me, decided to resign. I was accused to have an interpersonal communcation issues, when I standup for myself. Asked to work when I'm on holiday.

Pros

After joining, I was nervous in a high performing and goal setting company it wouldn't work out, but it has actually brought the best out in me. I am continued to grow in my career here. The group of people that I work with each day really helps me see different perspectives on achieving sales goals and finding new ways to close deals.

Cons

I know people who aren't happy or aren't with the company any more like to leave negative reviews, but being here a few years, every company has their things but it has been a good place to be.

Pros

PureSpectrum has many positives. It has an industry-leading product with excellent market fit, a strong and well-respected brand in the industry, and capable leadership. The overall work environment and culture are very positive, making it an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

The primary drawback is compensation. Pay is not competitive, and there is little financial reward even for employees who significantly outperform their goals. Management is very sensitive about discussing salary, making it a difficult topic to address. This creates a confusing message, as the company spends lavishly on team events and client entertainment but claims it has a tight budget for employee pay. Ultimately, this issue is the main reason talented people consider leaving.
