Pros

It's not often the company vision is the company reality, it is at PureSpectrum. Despite the challenges of Covid-19 onboarding remotely, setting up offices and working with the global teams has been both easy and enjoyable. Support is always offered and given regardless of responsibility or timezone. For a 6 year old company to have reached 'scale up' status, be self-aware and be bold enough to invest on the other side of the world is fantastic to see. When working it technology (or any other) it is imperative to reach Product Market Fit, this is why I joined and only continue to be impressed with product development, staffing, culture and team cohesiveness. No question this is the right company with the right solution at the right time!

Cons

The only con is that the pandemic has not enabled travel between offices however this will soon be rectified.

Pros

After joining, I was nervous in a high performing and goal setting company it wouldn't work out, but it has actually brought the best out in me. I am continued to grow in my career here. The group of people that I work with each day really helps me see different perspectives on achieving sales goals and finding new ways to close deals.

Cons

I know people who aren't happy or aren't with the company any more like to leave negative reviews, but being here a few years, every company has their things but it has been a good place to be.

Pros

PureSpectrum has many positives. It has an industry-leading product with excellent market fit, a strong and well-respected brand in the industry, and capable leadership. The overall work environment and culture are very positive, making it an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

The primary drawback is compensation. Pay is not competitive, and there is little financial reward even for employees who significantly outperform their goals. Management is very sensitive about discussing salary, making it a difficult topic to address. This creates a confusing message, as the company spends lavishly on team events and client entertainment but claims it has a tight budget for employee pay. Ultimately, this issue is the main reason talented people consider leaving.
