too new, not enough process sorted

-remote w/ flexibility if you stay long enough -room for "growth", using that word losely, if your willing to ignore the long list of cons -most of the coworkers below top level management are cool

- laundry list of issues w/ the CEO. just a few: -ceo talks down to employees and talks smack about employees behind backs -ceo is self absorbed and thinks he's the best seo expert ever - ceo is a great salesman, so he's great at overpromising to clients and inflating progress/what is achievable -ceo thinks culture is just offering insurance, pto perks, and occasional team building general: - very low budget clients and clients that are not a good fit aren't turned away or dropped causing failed projects and frustrations all around - low pay for the very high workload. workload is not sustainable -unrealistic view on how much time a task takes -expectation of working nights and weekends for pay -pay is unfair, not competitive for those considering employment here, the company used to be called Rowe Digital so look there on glassdoor for more reviews. there's high turnover for a reason.
