Pros

Unlimited PTO Teammates Occasional giftcards

Cons

The software and product CAN succeed. However, management and executives are so focused on being the next best thing. They forget to perfect and make the current software and base of the model fully functional before releasing add ons. Everyday something wasn't working, or broke and the response was always "Use this work around" or "Be patient we know it's frustrating". All while expecting their team to bend over backwards to try and sweep it under the rug to clients, or upsell them on something else to deter from the issue. If the core product is always breaking - adding additional shiny new toys for new clients will never succeed. You can't build on a broken foundation. If you are in with the original crew and/or the CEO - you were essentially untouchable and could do no wrong. People who aren't, new or not were tossed in the deep end and expected to swim. There was no work/life balance - some teammates were working well into the night or on weekends. Morale is non existent - people are overworked and underpaid. Suggestions and concerns are overlooked or not paid attention to. Many "yes" men and women all in fear of losing their jobs if they spoke up, or being spoken down to for voicing their opinions. I can say that I speak for myself and multiple others that this is one of the, if not the most toxic job I have ever had. Please stop using the "we are a family" line in the work place. It's not the truth, and is honestly insulting.
