Some really good sales people to learn from

Commission rubbish as targets are too high. Sales Director gets angry at the end of every month and the work environment is terrible. There are kpis like a call centre but the tech there is shoddy (wifi, phones, crm). The office is a bit crowded and the building looks like its going to fall over.
