Pay - well below industry standard. No pay rise for past 3 years. Many junior staff end up working for minimum wage Senior management - heartless and incompetent. Refused pay rises while giving out millions in dividends to shareholders. Bragged in the media about how well the company was doing then made loads of people redundant Staff morale is absolutely rock bottom. Everybody hates the company
