      Unlimited free drinks on shift, which is great because it’s some of the best coffee in Charlotte

      Management is super strict, but there are opportunities to move up in management at some point.

      People I worked alongside each day were great, truly some great guys on the warehouse floor. Delicious coffee

      Cons

      Owner is just not a good guy, got out of there before he acknowledged my existence. If I had 13 employees I would personally make an effort to know them, but that's just me. Tendency to attack personnel over processes
