Pros
The sales side of things hasn't been around long so I think this company has a start-up feel to it which I enjoy. Since it is relatively new, management takes your thoughts and concerns seriously. The CEO is also trying to incorporate a more modern and innovative culture to the company which is refreshing. The branch managers are always understanding and eager to assist. There are huge rewards if you are willing to work hard. I started this job right out of college and I'm making more than the average entry-level salary could provide. Management is working on opening several new branches in the future, huge potential for growth within the company.
Cons
Working in sales is not for everyone. If you aren't willing to work hard and go the extra mile, you probably won't enjoy working here. Cold calling isn't always enjoyable but it will help you build your pipeline and increase your earnings.
