      - Good salary and bonus KPI performance - Support to develop - Opportunities to progress not just within the gym operations but into other central roles. - Opportunity to have additional roles such as Champions to work across a region. - Lots of annual leave and encouragement to take leave - Monthly recognition for outstanding performers and end of Year Awards - Growing company with regions, clusters and roles expanding every quarter

      - sometimes you have to put in some time to make things the best

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
