      Pros

      There’s a lot of members so you will find clients. Very competitive as there’s many other personal trainers There too. This could be both a pro and con.

      The management and HR team are very unprofessional at Peckham and Camberwell branch.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
