      Pros

      Flexibility with clients - you run your own business outside of shift times and charge what you want.

      Cons

      High rent prices - aprox £700 per month. Feels strange to work hours, knowing you have to pay it all back and more.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
