      Good pay and friendly management , great team that you work with and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere . Uniform provided if needed

      Cons

      Only used at promotional staff and no jobs after that , long hours especially weekends , lack of communication from management

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
