      Pros

      PureGym really care about you as an individual & is a great culture to work in. I also love the fact that they adopt a 'recruit from within' mentality & opportunities come frequently to allow you to grow as a person. I work with great people on a daily basis & I wouldn't work for any other company

      Cons

      The growth of the company is rapid & you have to be open to change as PureGym move at pace.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
