      Good business training Supportive manager (Depending on which club) It gives you a good foundation to start working in the business

      Cons

      The rent is too high and it's increasing every year The company is more concerned about their revenue than their employees The salary for a PT\FC is too low

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
