      Pros

      Good environment to work in. Can be difficult to get the clients for personal training. Staff higher up in pure gym ( excluding gym managers ) don’t seem to make it easy or understanding

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
