      - Nice clients, experience of classes

      Cons

      - Slave labour. You have to work so many hours to cover your £500+ rent for the gym. - Understaffed, no support from managers, have to deal with general public being rude and late at night you aren't safe. - Demorlising, do not do it.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
