      Pros

      The culture is amazing, very positive and everyone pulls together as a team to work towards the same goals. The business is growing rapidly and therefore lots of ways to develop, innovate and gain experience! The opportunities are there if you want to take them. The weeks and months fly by and it's always kept interesting.

      Cons

      It's a very fast paced and agile company, so you need resilience.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
