      Pros

      Great tech stack, lots of freedom in technology choices, lots of smart and friendly people and an absolutely amazing culture.

      Cons

      It's a rapidly growing business so all the process woes you might expect while scaling from a small to large team but with a real recognition of these problems in the business and a plan to resolve them as opposed to just "soldiering on"

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
