Pros

Some awesome people in your team, members that love the club.

Cons

Always struggle outside of central London. Good staff get poached by bigger clubs and the smaller clubs struggle to recruit.

Pros

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Cons

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
